CLCS meeting

Today after finished working for SU-APU T-shirt collection at L1-3, I managed to join Chinese Language Cultural Society (CLCS) meeting with Kian Shin and Haw Jeh. We entered the meeting kinda late, however, luckily that we get the information from the new president on their planning of activities.

Besides of the activities on event-based, such as Chinese New Year, Mooncake Festival, there will be Chinese Cultural Camp, Chinese tea learning class and etc etc. I am looking forward to the Chinese New Year event. ANGPAU PLEASE! xD

This photo was taken when the attendees were playing games after being divided into 2 groups. Congratulations to CLCS for going international as there are international students, who do not know Chinese at all, also joined the session. Thanks to CLCS to promote the Chinese culture to other students from other countries, really proud of you :)

Before the end, as promised, the video of MCN will be posted. Please click the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PluKSXaP5ok&feature=youtu.be to view some of our lecturers and staffs great performance! :) Last but not least, thanks to Yee Chee for borrowing the handphone to take the video even though quality isn't that good~

MCN 24/11/2012

Saturday night was the event, Multicultural Night which held by APU at South City Plaza. It was a great night with many awesome performances by APU students. I was impressed that the arrangement of the event was quite well, too. Salute to all who contributed to the events as it was a really good show & great job to all. :)

She is Tebby from Botswana, who won Female Champion in Palma 2012, and I really like the way she sings Gemilang (by Jaclyn Victor). Although I didn't manage to record the video of her in MCN 2012, you can just click the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t6FG2VYKym0&feature=share to watch her performance in Palma 2012 which is being broadcast in TV2. The awesomeness level is just the same! :)

There are some videos which will be uploaded sooner or later. Stay tuned! :D

Recent Life @ APU

On Wednesday, most of the Accounting & Finance students attended a talk which held at M-Room 19. There were 2 speakers, Peter Tai & Prof. Ho.

This photo was taken when Peter Tai was giving speeches. By the way, I think he just wanted to promote his academy school in order to get more students joining his so-called investment classes. And the ridiculous part is that, he only accepts those who are bilingual in English and Chinese. LOL!

He is an economists and his talk was interesting when he relates politics election to inflation. However, I don't think foreign students understood what he said, as he talked about politicians and political parties such as BN, Pakatan, DAP, PAS and etc. He should give a more global speech instead of localizing it, so that everyone who attended the seminar can understand it.

Anyway, I've got my first APU shirt! And you guess what, I took size XS. You don't believe? Zoom in and see! It's size XS!! Real XS size!! Haha. It's my first ever XS shirt that I got in my life. Awwwwww~ So touching~~~ :'-)

By the way, many of my friends are not satisfied with the super RED colour of the shirts. But I am pretty fine with it and I've suggested that all of us should wear APU shirt and go house-by-house to take angpau during Chinese New Year. Isn't that very cool? Anyone interested to join? Haha~

P/S: Anyone who hasn't get the shirt, please do the survey at http://webspace.apiit.edu.my/links/iGraduate/, and collect it at L1-3 before 7 Dec 2012. Then join me for angpau collection during Chinese New Year with this shirt! XD

History of the Blog and the Founder

LoveLife.GoodLife was founded and copyrighted by Wong Li Kien in 20 Nov 2012. xD
The founder is not a blogger, but a soon-to-be blogger. :D

The title of the blog is inspired by a program, known as Love Life. This program was founded by a few Taiwanese artists and supported by many other celebrities. They made a documentary of three 15 years old girls who were diagnosed with cancer but were brave enough to live and inspire others in their remaining time. I think most of the Chinese will know about this as it was a really hot topic at that point of time.

Here is the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TNMm2NlUZoU. It's really super duper touching and inspiring. If you consider yourself as a warm-blooded person, just spend some time to watch it. It worth it as you will be learning something.

LoveLife.GoodLife. Love your life, will lead you to a good life. It's what I believe and what I hope I can achieve. :-)
